As a Senior Associate within PwC’s FP&A Finance team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers supporting the firm in delivering financial insights, reporting, and operational excellence, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will apply critical thinking to analyze financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making, while using feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness and strengthen capabilities. Responsibilities include reviewing financial outputs for quality, accuracy, and relevance; selecting and applying appropriate financial tools and methodologies; and communicating clearly with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while building strong relationships and upholding the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct. You will prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages, support close processes including journal entries and accruals, perform independent research, and deliver ad hoc analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with Managers and Directors on reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tool enhancements, while partnering across teams and serving as a point of contact for stakeholders. Demonstrated proficiency in financial reporting methodologies and tools (Microsoft 365, SAP S/4HANA, SAC, OneStream, Databricks), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with data visualization and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Power Query, Databricks) are preferred to drive insights and process efficiencies.
