Lead Financial Planning | Partner with US Leadership

We are hiring an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for US clients, working closely with senior leadership on strategy and performance. This role is ideal for professionals who want to step into a leadership position with high visibility, strategic impact, and global exposure
What You Will Own
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Own financial models and scenario analysis
- Partner with US leadership on strategic initiatives
- Deliver insights to drive business performance
- Build and improve FP&A processes and reporting frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and drive team output
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years FP&A / Commercial Finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and strategic thinking
- Experience working with US clients or global stakeholders
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- CA / MBA / CFA preferred
