In India, we are building a community of senior FP&A professionals who operate as trusted finance partners within US-based corporate finance teams.
This is not a reporting-only FP&A role. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for US businesses while working directly with CFOs, Controllers, and business leaders.
The Opportunity
As an FP&A Manager, you will lead financial planning and analysis for US-based SaaS clients, providing strategic insights that directly influence business decisions. You will own the planning cycle — from budget build to monthly variance reporting — while developing a deep understanding of SaaS business economics.
This role is ideal for an experienced FP&A professional with a corporate finance background who understands SaaS metrics, recurring revenue models, and the financial dynamics of high-growth tech companies.
What You Will Own
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for US SaaS clients
- Build and maintain financial models covering ARR, MRR, churn, and unit economics
- Own monthly financial reporting and variance analysis with actionable business commentary
- Partner with US CFOs and business leaders to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance tracking frameworks
- Analyze SaaS metrics including CAC, LTV, gross margins, and retention cohorts
- Support board reporting, investor presentations, and fundraising data requests
- Drive improvements in financial planning processes and tools
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of FP&A experience with strong exposure to SaaS or corporate finance environments
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and recurring revenue dynamics
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience working in or with corporate-structured SaaS companies
- Proficiency with FP&A tools (Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Pigment, or Excel-based modeling)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI) preferred
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with US time zone overlap
