THE ROLE This role offers a mix of hands-on financial tasks, such as payroll, budgeting, and cost management, along with administrative responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Inventory Manager, HR Manager, and CCO on key financial tasks such as bill payments, payroll, and financial records. Ensure accurate and organized financial documentation, adhering to company policies. Ownership of preparing insightful financial reports. Administrative Tasks: Support cross-functional projects by completing critical tasks. Handle data entry, updates, and maintenance in spreadsheets and databases. Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and agreements precisely. Gain hands-on experience in finance operations and grow your knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and audits. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial principles and practices. Relevant experience in finance or bookkeeping with a track record of ownership and responsibility. Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally. Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a collaborative and independent work environment.
