Nursing license (RN or LVN) in the state of Texas
Minimum of 3 years’ experience or more in nursing
Strong knowledge of senior living, long-term care, and post-acute rehab practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency in healthcare regulation and compliance
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing departments daily operations.
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Conduct regular assessment to monitor resent health and progress.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to nursing home and long-term care.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
Promote a culture of compassion, respect and excelling senior living.
Maintain and keeping up with nursing staff.
