Digital Marketing Manager

Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita and Naviva®, A Four Seasons Resort, are seeking a strategic and design-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives that elevate brand presence, drive revenue, and enhance guest engagement across all touchpoints. This multi-faceted role requires a balance of creative intuition and analytical rigor, supporting the Director of Commercial Strategy and the Senior Director of Public Relations. You'll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital campaigns, managing the online guest experience, optimizing the Resorts' digital footprint, and creating compelling marketing content. Success in this role hinges on your ability to think strategically, design beautifully, and execute efficiently—all while staying aligned with the Four Seasons brand vision and voice.
