Join our Marketing team as a Social Media Manager where you will play a key role in shaping our social media strategy. You'll drive our brand visibility and reputation by collaborating across departments and leveraging influential partnerships through multiple platforms.

In This Role


  • Oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and develop a roadmap to enhance engagement, reach, and brand loyalty

  • Develop B2B and B2B2C strategies across earned and paid channels to strengthen relationships and drive engagement and growth

  • Establish KPIs, manage budgets, and optimize paid social media performance by collaborating with media agencies and analytics teams

  • Develop creative briefs alongside our Brand and Product Marketing teams, working with creative services to produce compelling social media assets tailored to each platform

  • Partner with internal marketing teams and agency partners to identify opportunities for revenue generation and new account growth

  • Conduct regular performance reviews of programs by reviewing dashboards and offer recommendations for opportunities to optimize overall program performance

  • Stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscapes to continuously bring innovative ideas and insights to the organization

  • Supervise and lead employee(s), ensuring efficient and effective operations

  • Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively

  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure that company policies and procedures are being followed

  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging employee engagement and teamwork

  • Foster strong communication within the team, ensuring clarity of roles, expectations, and goals

  • Identify and address skill gaps or performance issues promptly, implementing development opportunities and support plans as needed

  • Encourage innovation by involving team members in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives

  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person


  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, focusing on social media strategy and execution

  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in a relevant field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

  • Proficiency in social media applications including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram

  • Proficiency in social media publishing, tracking and monitoring software, i.e. Brandwatch, Sprout, Hootsuite
