Margati is an early-stage venture inspired by the principles of Marga (The Right Path) and Pragati (Progress).
Our mission is to help students graduate with meaningful professional experience by creating stronger collaboration between students, educational institutions, and employers.
We are currently in the research and validation stage, speaking with students, professors, HR leaders, founders, and industry professionals to better understand the challenges and build a solution that creates long-term value.
We're not looking for employees.
We're looking for people who genuinely want to build something meaningful from day one.
About the Role
As our Founding Venture Associate, you will work directly with the founder during the earliest stage of building Margati.
This is not a traditional role with fixed responsibilities.
You'll be involved in research, strategy, partnerships, operations, and business development as we validate ideas and build the foundation of the company.
If you're excited by solving complex problems, learning across different functions, and helping build a startup from scratch, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
• Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research on education, employability, and workforce trends.
• Speak with students, professors, HR professionals, founders, and industry leaders to understand real-world challenges.
• Assist in preparing company presentations, reports, and documentation.
• Support outreach to universities, organizations, and potential partners.
• Help validate ideas through surveys, interviews, and market research.
• Contribute to business strategy and operational planning.
• Share ideas and take ownership of projects that help move the company forward.
