ScaleMargins is building an agentic orchestration layer that connects fragmented signals → decisions → execution across mid-stage companies’ growth stacks.
We’re looking for a Founding Tech Lead to help build this platform from the ground up.
This is not a “ticket taker” role.
This is a company-builder role.

You’ll work alongside founders and shape the future of growth for our clients
- Architect and ship core platform systems
- Design the ingestion pipelines, workflow engine and intelligence layer powering our GTM execution stackBuild fast prototypes that become production systems
- From customer conversations → architecture → backend systems → production rollout
- Influence product direction directly
This role is ideal for engineers who have worked inside:
- martech platforms
- CRM ecosystems
- analytics infrastructure
- CDPs
- RevOps tooling
- growth automation systems
Experience that will help you succeed here
- ~5 years building backend, platform or data systems
- Strong TypeScript or Python systems experience
- Experience building LLM-powered workflows, agent systems or decision-support automation preferred
- Startup or 0→1 build experience strongly valued

Preferred: NCR/ Bangalore
