Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founding Team Member based in Bengaluru South. The role involves working collaboratively to shape the early stages of Yelo, participating in strategic decision-making, and driving the growth of the business. Typical responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, building operational processes, managing key partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. The role demands problem-solving, innovation, and a hands-on approach to daily challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in building and managing teams
- Strategic thinking and business development skills, including identifying market opportunities and scaling operations
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills for tackling challenges in a startup environment
- Experience in operations management, project execution, and process optimization
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Prior experience in startups, technology, or the automotive sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
