DNM is building an entire ecosystem for independent artists — one that is ambitious in scope and accessible at the same time.
We are now building our Founding Team: a group of early people who will help establish the functions, systems and capabilities that will form the foundation of DNM as the company grows.
This is an opportunity to join early, take meaningful responsibility and contribute to building something that is still taking shape.

• Artist Relations
We are not looking only for people who can execute instructions. We are looking for people who can think, take ownership, identify problems, propose solutions and help build better ways of working.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Founding Team is not a group of co-founders. It consists of early employees joining at a stage where many of DNM's functions and systems are still being built.
Strong contributors will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as DNM grows, with the potential to develop into department heads and future senior management.
DNM currently operates remotely. Depending on the candidate, role and availability, opportunities may be structured as full-time or part-time.
We cannot currently compete financially with established companies. What we can offer is meaningful responsibility, direct access to the people building DNM, significant learning opportunities and the chance to grow alongside the company.
