Building AI Superbrain for Wealth Tech Companies
Why This Role ExistsWealth Management is at an inflection point.
The next five years will see AI fundamentally reshape how RMs work, how clients are served, and how institutions compete. The winners won't be banks with the most AUM — they'll be the ones who capture institutional knowledge, deliver hyper-personalized advice at scale, and turn every client interaction into intelligence.
Think about it:
- What if an RM's best instincts could be codified and shared across 500 RMs?
- What if portfolio reviews wrote themselves — while surfacing insights humans miss?
- What if client intelligence didn't walk out the door every time someone quit?
This isn't science fiction. This is what we are building.
We're looking for someone who's lived the Wealth RM world — and wants to help define how AI will transform it. Not just use the tools. Shape them.
The OpportunityThis isn't a sales job with a fancy title. This is a builder role.
You'll work directly with the founding team to:
- Define what AI should solve for Wealth RMs, Branch Heads, and CXOs
- Shape the product roadmap with real-world use cases
- Lead conversations with banks and wealth firms
- Build a business vertical — and own a piece of it
Your Mission1. Own the Wealth & Private Banking Use Cases
- Identify 3–5 high-impact problems: RM knowledge loss, client intelligence, next-best-action, portfolio reviews, compliance prep
- Translate your on-ground experience into AI-solvable workflows
- Work with product & tech to validate and prototype solutions
2. Lead Client Conversations
- Open doors with Wealth Heads, Branch Banking Heads, and Digital CXOs
- Run discovery calls, demos, and pilot discussions
- Convert 3–5 pilots into paid engagements in Year 1
3. Build the GTM Playbook
- Craft messaging that resonates with BFSI decision-makers
- Document use cases, objections, and winning pitches
- Shape pricing and commercial models for the segment
4. Be the Voice of the RM
- Bring real stories, real frustrations, real workflows
- Ensure the product solves actual problems — not imaginary ones
- Feed insights back to product, data, and engineering teams
5. Think Like an Owner
- Co-own revenue and outcomes for the vertical
- Operate with speed, ownership, and client obsession
- Help build a category — not just close deals
Who You Are- 5–8 years in Wealth Management or Private Banking — as an RM, Team Lead, or in a client-facing role
- You've managed HNI/Ultra-HNI relationships and understand how decisions flow inside banks
- Strong network with Wealth Heads, Cluster Heads, or Digital Banking leaders
- Frustrated by broken processes — and energized by the idea of fixing them
- Can explain complex ideas simply — no jargon, no fluff
- Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity — you want to build, not just manage
Bonus:
- Exposure to CRM tools, digital wealth platforms, or fintech partnerships
- Past experience in a startup or new business unit
