Founding Team Member – Business & GrowthAbout The Spice Cabinet
The Spice Cabinet is an emerging food brand on a mission to bring authentic, high-quality spice blends, premixes, breakfast mixes, and beverage mixes to homes across India and internationally.
We're in the early stages of building something ambitious, and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.
This isn't just another job—it's an opportunity to work directly with the founder and help build the company from the ground up.
What You'll Do
As one of the first members of our team, you'll wear multiple hats and be involved in different aspects of the business.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Building relationships with distributors and retailers
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Helping expand into new markets
- Meeting clients and closing partnerships
- Supporting sales and business development initiatives
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Working on strategy and growth projects
- Coordinating with marketing and operations
- Representing the company at exhibitions and networking events
- Solving day-to-day business challenges alongside the founder
No two days will be the same.
