Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Hyderabad with some flexibility for remote work. As an HR Manager - Axibator (Stake-Based), you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and stakeholder alignment. Day-to-day tasks include developing HR strategies, managing performance evaluations, coordinating employee training and development, implementing policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management processes such as recruitment, talent acquisition, performance assessments, and employee engagement
- Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, organizational development, and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of labor laws, workplace compliance, and best practices for HR policies
- Experience with HR analytics, HR systems, and data-driven decision-making
- Leadership qualities with the ability to build trust and foster a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Previous experience in a startup or incubator ecosystem is an advantage
