Building a Advertising Agency in Delhi
I’m building a agency in Delhi and looking for serious people who want to grow from the ground level, not just work for a salary.
This is for people who are hungry to build, create, learn, sell, and grow together.

Important Note:
This is a founding team opportunity, not a regular job.
There will be no fixed salary for the first 3 months.
We will live and work together from a co-living space in Delhi to increase speed, focus, and execution.
The goal is simple: build strong systems, create great work, get clients, build our portfolio, and turn this into a serious agency.
Living and basic expenses will be split between the team members.
Once we start getting consistent clients and revenue, we will move to a proper revenue-sharing model. If things go well in the first 3 months and we build a good client base, we can also shift to a remote/hybrid model later.
