Role Description
We are building The Phi Brands, a new consumer brands company focused on creating and scaling modern brands across fashion, lifestyle, and retail.
As we begin our journey, we are looking for a small group of driven individuals to join the founding team and help build things from the ground up.

Open Roles
- Operations & Expansion Executive: Work closely on retail expansion, vendor coordination, and operational execution.
- HR & Talent Executive: Help build the team, streamline hiring, and develop internal processes as we scale.
- E-commerce & Growth Analyst: Focus on marketplace operations, growth initiatives, performance tracking, and digital channels.
- Content & Social Media Executive: Drive brand storytelling, content creation, and social media presence.

- Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory for the right candidate
