OpenAna is redefining how mid-to-large enterprises and investment firms deliver technology outcomes. We operate at the intersection of autonomous engineering, security, DevOps, AI/ML, and data, using an outcome-driven, non-traditional GTM model.
We are looking for a high-agency Solutions Engineer to work closely with founders across pre-sales, GTM execution, and project coordination.
This is not a narrow demo engineer role.
It is a cross-functional role for someone who can understand technical problems, help shape and support deals, coordinate internal execution, and keep momentum across the customer lifecycle.

Your RoleYou will work directly with founders, technical leaders, and prospective clients to support both growth and execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Pre-Sales & Solutioning- Participate in discovery calls with prospects and partners
- Understand business and technical requirements
- Translate client needs into clear solution approaches and recommended next steps
- Support technical demos, workshops, presentations, and follow-up discussions
- Help shape proposals, statements of work, solution summaries, and commercial inputs
- Identify risks, dependencies, scope gaps, and delivery considerations early
Sales & GTM Support- Help move qualified opportunities through the pipeline
- Coordinate follow-ups, meeting preparation, and materials for active deals
- Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and deal status tracking
- Support outbound and account-based efforts with research, messaging inputs, and custom materials
- Work with founders on strategic opportunities and help keep deals progressing
- Contribute to case studies, solution narratives, and sales enablement materials
Project & Delivery Coordination- Help transition closed deals into structured execution
- Coordinate internal teams on timelines, milestones, action items, and dependencies
- Track deliverables, meetings, decisions, and client communication threads
- Support project planning, status reporting, and cross-functional alignment
- Help ensure commitments made during sales are clearly carried into delivery
- Surface blockers early and help maintain accountability internally and externally
Who This Is ForThis role is a strong fit if you:
- Have 3–6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, project management, consulting, delivery, or GTM operations
- Can comfortably operate across both technical and commercial conversations
- Are able to understand client problems and structure practical solution approaches
- Can manage multiple opportunities and workstreams without constant oversight
- Are strong in communication, follow-through, and executive-facing professionalism
- Can work directly with founders in a fast-moving environment
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and good at turning ambiguity into action

What We’re Looking ForStrong candidates will bring some combination of the following:
- Experience in enterprise technology, consulting, SaaS, managed services, or digital transformation environments
- Ability to create polished client-facing materials and drive structured follow-through
- Comfort working on proposals, SOWs, scope shaping, and solution packaging
- Familiarity with cloud, software engineering, DevOps, security, AI/ML, or data platforms
- Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders across active engagements
- Strong judgment, ownership, and bias toward execution
