We are hiring for a Founding Software Sales person (Software & AI Solutions),
Chennai (Hybrid) | US, UAE & India Markets
Looking for someone who can sell, provide solutions, and systemize. This is not a traditional sales role. You will work directly with the founders to build the revenue engine from scratch.
What You’ll Own:
* Lead end-to-end solutions & services sales for Custom software development & AI systems development
* Cold outreach and outbound efforts via Email and Calls
* Translate business problems into technical solutions, demos, and proposals
* Sell to SMBs (Tech & Non-Tech) across the US, UAE, and India
* Run discovery → solutioning → demo → closure independently
* Build and scale outbound using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Reddit, and Upwork
* Leverage Claude to automate outreach, qualification, and follow-ups
* Work closely with engineering to shape proposals, pricing, and delivery feasibility
* Partnership building with agencies, consultants, incubators, accelerators and VC circle
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Weeks):
Week 1:
* Deep dive into services, ICP, past work, and positioning
* Co-create GTM and outbound strategy with founders
Week 2: Build high-converting sales + solution assets (case studies, solution templates, demo flows)
Week 3: Set up sales systems, infrastructure & pipelines across channels
Week 4 & 5:
* Generate 15+ qualified discovery calls/week
* Convert to 8–10 demos/week
* Drive 2–4 RFQs/week
Week 6:
* Start closing deals
* Target: 3 deals/month
* Deal size: $10K–$15K ACV
Who You Are:
* 3–5 years of experience in software sales / pre-sales / solution engineering
* Experience selling to the US or UAE markets (at least one is a must)
* Ability to understand business problems and map them to tech solutions
* Strong communication + demo storytelling skills
* High ownership, speed, and execution mindset
* Comfortable in 0→1 startup environments
* Exposure to AI agents, automation, or custom software builds
* Experience creating proposals, SOWs, and technical scopes
* Having a good network to leverage for the initial sales momentum
CTC: Up to 10 LPA (Fixed) based on the quality and experience of the resource + 10% on Deal values.
