Galux is looking for its Founding Engineer to join immediately as the second member of the team, alongside the founder. Right now, Galux is one person: me. You would be the second β and the last one who ever gets to say they were here at the beginning.

π₯ Galux is building an AI-powered cinematic platform, embarked to surpass the quality of Netflix.
ποΈ It is at the verge of launch for v1: an AI voice generation platform combining voice design, advanced cloning, and expressive fine-tuning β delivered through real-time streaming and high-volume batch processing β giving readers and creators surgical-level dramaticism control across 23 languages.
ποΈ Future intermediate versions will evolve into full image-sequence video with integrated voiceovers for global content creators.

β‘ The Role & Partnership
𧱠The First Builder: You aren't just joining a team β you are helping build one. You will work directly with me, guiding alongside you, to take Galux to launch, and then to profit.
π End-to-End Ownership: You own what you build completely β the engineering, marketing, and customer support. You write the code, you run the conversion experiments, you talk to the users who pay for it. The bugs your users hit are your bugs.
π€ AI-Native Development: You will be coding with Claude Code. Experience or a strong interest in AI-driven development workflows is essential.

π₯ Grit: You are eager to learn and willing to put in the extended hours required to build something legendary.
π» CS Native or Self-Taught: Student, graduate, or self-taught prodigy β your foundational logic must be solid.

π° Compensation β Profit Share
There is no base salary. You are paid out of profit, from day one.
You name your expected CTC. That number sets your curve:
π Phase 1 β The Climb: You take 50% of Galux's monthly profit, until your share reaches your stated CTC.
π Phase 2 β The Hold: Your take holds steady at your CTC while profit continues to climb until your CTC equals 20% of monthly profit.
βΎοΈ Phase 3 β The Compounding: Once the profit reaches this level, you convert to a permanent 20% share of all profit β with no ceiling.
Worked example at a βΉ1L/month expected CTC: βΉ2L profit β you take βΉ1L. βΉ5L profit β you take βΉ1L. βΉ10L profit β you take βΉ2L.
π€ Shared Dilution: When the next builder joins, everyone dilutes proportionally β including me. Your percentage and my percentage take the same haircut. You will never be diluted to protect the founder's share.
β οΈ Read this part honestly: If Galux makes no profit in a month, you are paid nothing that month. There is no floor and no guarantee. This is not a role for someone who needs stability β it is for someone who wants their income to be a direct, unfiltered function of what they built, and who has the runway to make that bet.
