Role Overview
Osto is looking for a Founding Security Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between product and customers. You will be responsible for handling technical queries, supporting sales conversations, and helping customers understand our cybersecurity product in a clear and simple way. We need someone who understands cybersecurity.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related and technical queries from Customers/partners.
- Work closely with sales teams to support customer conversations and product demos.
- Explain Osto’s product, features, and use cases in simple, easy-to-understand language
- Provide clear and precise responses to customer questions
- Understand customer requirements and align product solutions accordingly
- Identify customer needs and help define the scope of solutions
- Deliver webinars and training sessions for customers and stakeholders
- Continuously gather insights on what customers are demanding and share feedback with the product & marketing team.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience working in a cybersecurity product startup for customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and products
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
- Experience working closely with sales, product and marketing teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering teams
- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership
