About the Role
We are looking for highly driven Founding SDRs who can take complete ownership of outbound sales and pipeline generation from end to end.
This is a high-ownership role where you will work directly with the founding team to build and scale the sales engine from scratch. The focus is on consistent lead generation, strong follow-through, and creating qualified business opportunities through proactive outreach.
You will be expected to independently identify prospects, start conversations, nurture relationships, and drive meetings/opportunities consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Own outbound lead generation activities end to end
Identify and connect with decision-makers across target companies
Generate consistent and qualified sales opportunities through LinkedIn, cold emails, cold calling, referrals, and other outbound channels
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear tracking
Conduct research on companies, industries, and stakeholders before outreach
Qualify leads based on business needs and potential fit
Schedule meetings and coordinate closely with the sales/founding team
Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture prospects across stages
Work closely with internal teams to align outreach with business priorities
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline updates

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales Development / Business Development
Mandatory experience in IT Sales (services, SaaS, cloud, AI, cybersecurity, or tech solutions)
Strong experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
Proven ability to create and maintain a healthy pipeline
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach platforms, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously
