🚀 Founding Sales & Marketing Partner
About Aixclerate
Aixclerate is building an Enterprise AI Voice Agent platform that helps businesses automate sales, customer support, appointment booking, lead qualification, and business communication through intelligent AI voice technology.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a job—but wants to build a company.
This is a founding-level partnership opportunity for someone passionate about startups, AI, sales, and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and lead Aixclerate's sales and marketing strategy.
- Generate and close enterprise sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans.
- Create partnerships with startups, SMBs, and enterprise customers.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the founder on business strategy and expansion.
- Build scalable sales processes and marketing initiatives.
- Represent Aixclerate in meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Help shape the company's long-term growth and commercial direction.
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Growth Marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building startups.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
- Ability to take ownership and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise Technology is preferred but not mandatory.
