iVoyant
Website:
ivoyant.com
Job details:
Location: Bengaluru, India (on-site), with partial overlap with US Eastern time and flexibility for UK and Gulf hours
About ivoyant:
ivoyant is a software engineering and product company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with offices in the US and India. Over 12 years, we have delivered more than 55 enterprise modernization engagements across telecom, retail, logistics and HR software. Alongside our engineering services, we build and sell our own software products for integration, AI agents and case management. ivoyant was named one of TAG's Top 40 Most Innovative Companies for 2026.
The role:
This is a founding role. Our products are built and in market, but we do not yet have a defined go-to-market playbook, a documented customer profile or a structured pipeline. You will build all three.
You will learn about our products and services in depth, decide who we should sell to, find those companies, start the conversations and take deals through to close. You will own the pipeline end to end across the US, UK, Gulf and other international markets. You will work directly with leadership and with an in-house engineer who builds the automation behind our outbound. Content is part of the job, but it supports sales and is not the focus.
You will be measured on qualified meetings booked, pipeline created and revenue closed.
Key responsibilities:
Understand the offer and the market
- Learn our products and services well enough to demonstrate them, position them against alternatives and explain them in plain language to a non-technical buyer.
- Talk to leadership, engineers and existing clients to understand where we win, why, and what buyers care about.
- Define and maintain ideal customer profiles for each product, service and region, covering industry, company size, deal size, buying process, decisionmakers, buying signals and market size.
Build and run the lead engine
- Build and maintain account and contact lists in Apollo and enrich them with tools such as Clay.
- Track buying signals, such as companies hiring integration or automation engineers, and reach out while the signal is fresh.
- Plan and run outbound across email and LinkedIn: sequences, deliverability, domain setup and warm-up, and reply to management in HubSpot.
- Adapt targeting and messaging to regional norms in the US, UK and Gulf, including procurement, decisionmakers, compliance expectations and time zones.
- Open additional channels where they add pipeline: partners and referrals (agencies, consultants, MSPs), marketplace listings and inbound follow-up.
Own the pipeline and close
- Get decisionmakers on calls, qualify them and book meetings for yourself and for leadership.
- Run discovery and demo calls, handle objections and take deals from first conversation to proposal to signed contract.
- Work with our proposal team and engineers to scope and price deals and bring in leadership at the right moments.
- Keep HubSpot accurate and forecast honestly.
Build the system
- Set up the sales process, pipeline stages, reporting and handoffs from scratch, and improve them as we learn.
- Specify requirements for outbound workflows and work with engineering to build and refine them.
- Report weekly on outreach volume, reply and meeting rates, pipeline and closed revenue, broken down by region and channel.
- Bring what you learn from buyers back to leadership on positioning, pricing and product gaps.
Supporting content and marketing
- Write the material you need to sell outbound copy, LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, case studies and pitch decks. We use AI for first drafts, and you edit to our style.
- Work with leadership and our website team on messaging, proof points and calls to action.
- Plan short product demos and screen recordings, with help from a freelance video editor.
- Provide case studies and product material to our proposal team.
What we are looking for:
- 4-6 years in B2B sales, business development, sales development or growth marketing at a SaaS or IT services company, selling to buyers in the US, UK, Gulf or other international markets.
- Experience taking deals from first contact to close or owning a pipeline end to end.
- A track record you can show in numbers, such as meetings booked, pipeline created, deals closed or reply rates.
- Comfort starting without a playbook. You learn quickly, form your own view and test it with real campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo or a similar prospecting tool, and with HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of email deliverability, including domain setup, warm-up and sending limits.
- Confidence leading calls and demos with senior buyers across cultures, and excellent written English.
- Comfort with technical products and explain them plainly.
Nice to have experience at an early-stage company or in a 0-to-1 role; experience selling integration, automation or enterprise software; selling experience or a network in the Gulf or UK; experience with partner or referral programs; familiarity with Clay, Zapier, Make or n8n; experience with Loom, Descript or Canva; an engineering degree.
What we offer
- A fixed salary plus incentives tied to qualified meetings and closed business.
- Real ownership of the sales and marketing function, with direct access to leadership.
- Engineering support for the systems you design.
- The chance to build a go-to-market function from the ground up.
