Global Business Development (US Market)
We are looking for someone who can understand businesses, build trust, communicate clearly, and turn conversations into long-term client relationships.
This is not a telecalling role.
This is not a script-reading role.
And this is definitely not a “100 calls per day” environment.
We are looking for someone who can think.
Location & Work Schedule
* Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
* Work Schedule: US Shift (9 PM – 6 AM IST)
* Work Mode: 6 days/week from office

What You’ll Do
* Speak with US-based clients and understand their business needs
* Lead consultative sales conversations over calls, email, and meetings
* Build trust and credibility with potential customers
* Handle objections thoughtfully instead of using scripts
* Work closely with founders to improve positioning, messaging, and sales strategy
* Own the client acquisition process from first conversation to close
* Represent the company professionally and confidently in external interactions

Requirements
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Strong business communication skills
* Experience speaking with international clients is preferred
* Ability to build rapport and think on your feet
* Prior experience in consultative sales/business development is a plus
