₹8 LPA – ₹15 LPA + Incentives + Performance Bonus
About the Role
Blazly is looking for a highly driven Founding SaaS Sales Lead to drive enterprise sales, strategic outreach, and revenue growth in the AI Visibility and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) space.
Responsibilities
- Drive B2B SaaS sales and enterprise conversations
- Build and manage sales pipeline
- Conduct demos and close deals
- Create outbound growth opportunities
- Work closely with founders on GTM execution
- Manage follow-ups and CRM processes
- Build strategic client relationships
Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in SaaS sales/business development
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Experience handling B2B or enterprise clients
- Startup mindset with strong ownership
- Ability to work in fast-scaling environment
Preferred
- AI/SaaS/SEO/digital growth experience
- Experience with international clients
- - Existing SaaS ecosystem network
