About the Role
We are looking for a Founding Revenue & Partnerships Lead who can build and drive the sales engine for multiple high-impact service platforms.
This is not a typical sales role. We are looking for someone who can understand complex services, design sales strategies, generate revenue, and eventually build and train a sales team.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic, and execution-focused — someone who enjoys building systems from scratch and closing meaningful deals.
You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in shaping the revenue strategy and market expansion of multiple service platforms.
About the Platforms
You will initially work across multiple knowledge-based service platforms, including:
• Happi5y – An online mental health therapy platform focused on providing accessible counseling and emotional wellbeing support through professional therapists.
• Accelr8Me – A soft skills and communication development platform designed to help individuals improve confidence, public speaking, English communication, and professional growth.
• SolutionForLegal – A legal and compliance support platform that helps individuals, startups, and businesses with registrations, documentation, and regulatory processes.
• Hawksight Intelligence – A professional investigation and intelligence service that assists individuals and organizations with background verification, investigations, and intelligence-based insights.
Each platform solves real-world problems and serves individuals, startups, corporates, and institutions.
Key Responsibilities – Revenue Generation
• Identify and close new revenue opportunities across the platforms
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients
• Build partnerships with organizations, institutions, and professionals
• Negotiate and close high-value service deals
Sales Strategy & Business Development
• Design revenue strategies for each platform
• Identify high-potential markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
• Develop outreach frameworks for LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals
• Create scalable sales models for long-term growth
Sales Pipeline & Systems
• Build structured lead pipelines and sales funnels
• Define clear stages from lead generation to deal closure
• Implement CRM processes and sales tracking systems
• Develop scripts, frameworks, and documentation for sales processes
Team Building & Training
• Recruit and train future sales associates
• Design onboarding frameworks and training systems for sales teams
• Create SOPs and sales playbooks
• Mentor the team to achieve revenue targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or growth roles
• Experience working with startups, consulting firms, SaaS platforms, or service-based businesses
• Ability to build strategy and execute sales
• Comfortable interacting with founders, HR leaders, and decision-makers
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Experience in EdTech, mental health services, consulting, compliance, or investigation services will be an
added advantage.
