Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Founding Research and Development Head – Electrical located in Raipur. The role entails leading and managing research and development activities focused on innovative electrical solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing product design and testing, guiding the development of prototypes, managing engineering teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on industry trends for strategic planning. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's vision and strategy in research and development efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering, Circuit Design, and System Integration
- Proficiency in R&D processes, Prototyping, and Product Development
- Experience with Project Management and Leadership, including mentoring and managing teams
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and emerging electrical technologies
- Problem-solving skills with an ability to innovate in complex technical scenarios
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the electrical or technology R&D sector is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur and closely coordinate with stakeholders
