Role Overview
- Founding Product Manager (0 → 1 + scale)
- High ownership, execution-first role
- Build India’s best Govt Exam revision experience
User Obsession : Stay closely connected to users through continuous feedback loops
- Understand: Drop-offs, User behavior, Purchase triggers
- Build user-driven product decisions (not assumptions)
Habit Loop Creation: Build daily usage habit loops
Improve: Stickiness, Daily active usage & Learning consistency
Own full journey: Install → Activation → Engagement → Retention → Monetisation
- Identify drop-offs across funnel
- Improve: D1 / D7 retention, Session time, Repeat usage
Monetisation: Free → Paid conversion, Paywall performance, Pricing experience, Upsell flows
Analytics & Data (Critical)
- Hands-on with tools like:, Mixpanel, Firebase / GA4
- Strong understanding of: Event tracking, Funnels, Cohort analysis, Feature usage
👉 Uses data to drive decisions, not gut
Performance Marketing Understanding
- Understands performance metrics: CAC, LTV, Conversion rates
Works closely with marketing team to: Improve funnel efficiency
Optimize acquisition → retention → monetisation loop
AI-Driven Product Building
- Comfortable with tools like: Claude, Gemini
- Can: Create wireframes quickly, Build UX flows, Generate product mocks
- Iterate fast

Engagement Systems
- Experience with: WhatsApp notifications, Push notifications
Build re-engagement systems that:
- Increase frequency

Requirements (Must Have)
- 2–5 years in Product / Growth / Startup roles
- Strong execution mindset
- Experience in: Retention, Engagement, Monetisation, Hands-on with analytics tools
Good to have
- EdTech / content / consumer app experience
- Experience with A/B testing
