🚀 Imitate Labs is Hiring; Founding Product Engineer

We're looking for a Founding Product Engineer to take full technical ownership of Aurra Sales Agent, our live, revenue-generating AI outbound voice calling platform.
What you'll do:
🔹 Own and ensure the reliability of our live AI voice product
🔹 Work with LLMs, TTS/STT, voice AI and real-time systems
🔹 Build new AI-powered product features and workflows
🔹 Develop lead qualification, scoring and screening systems
🔹 Integrate telephony, WhatsApp, Meta Ads and other APIs
🔹 Build business automation using n8n, Make, Zapier or custom workflows
🔹 Take full ownership of the production codebase and infrastructure
We're looking for:
✅ Experience shipping real-time or conversational AI products to production
✅ Strong full-stack engineering skills
✅ Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents and voice AI
✅ Experience with automation and API integrations
✅ Strong product mindset and startup mentality
✅ Comfortable owning a production system independently
