🚀 UI/UX Designer – Founding Product Role (Freelance | Zerofyn AI)
We are building Zerofyn — an AI-native finance intelligence platform designed to automate accounting, reporting, and decision-making for startups.
This is not a typical design role.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a product from 0 to 1, not just design screens.
🔧 What you’ll work on
- Design end-to-end product experience for an AI-first finance platform
- Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Work closely with founders to shape:
- Product flows
- User journeys
- Dashboard systems
- Build scalable design systems in Figma
- Design for:
- Web app (primary)
- AI-driven workflows (not static UI)
🎯 What we’re looking for
- Strong proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable)
- Experience designing SaaS / dashboards / workflow-heavy products
- Ability to think in:
- Systems
- Flows
- User behavior (not just UI)
- Someone who can challenge assumptions, not just execute instructions
⚡ Engagement model
- Freelance / contract role
- 3–4 days per week (in-office – Sector 48, Gurugram)
- Immediate start
- Monthly retainer-based compensation
