Role Overview
We’re hiring a Founding Product Designer to turn complex security workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces. You’ll work directly with founders, drive end-to-end design, and lay the UX foundation for a fast-moving cybersecurity product, with a strong preference for experience in B2B SaaS environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own design end-to-end: research → wireframes → UI → interactions.
- Build simple, high-clarity experiences for technical users (DevOps, CTOs, founders).
- Translate complex security flows into elegant dashboards and workflows.
- Partner with product & engineering to ship fast and iterate.
- Create Osto’s design system, visual identity, and UX patterns.
- Bring user insights into product decisions with lightweight research.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-6 years in Product Design (SaaS / DevTools preferred).
- Strong portfolio showing UX clarity and visual polish.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clean, modern UI.
- Experience designing dashboards or system-level UI is a plus.
- Comfortable in high-ownership, rapid-iteration environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide design direction
