We're looking for engineers who love building platforms—not just features.
What You'll Build
As one of the first engineering hires, you'll help build the reusable platform powering every Decision Application across manufacturing and supply chain.
You won't be maintaining an existing product.
You'll be helping define the architecture of a platform from the ground up.
Examples include:
- Workflow Runtime
- Multi-Agent Execution Framework

- Decision Repository
- Policy Engine
- Enterprise Connectors (SAP, Oracle, Databases)
- Authentication & RBAC

What You'll DoBuild Platform Capabilities
Design reusable platform services instead of one-off customer implementations.
Engineer AI-Native Infrastructure
Develop infrastructure for:
- Agent execution
- Tool orchestration
- Workflow management
- Memory
- Context management
- Evaluation
- Human approvals
Scale Enterprise Systems
Build secure, scalable backend systems capable of supporting multiple enterprise customers.
Work Across the Stack
Depending on priorities, you'll contribute to:
- Python services
- APIs
- Event-driven architecture
- Databases
- Cloud deployment
- AI integration
- Enterprise connectors
Collaborate Closely with Product
Work directly with the Founder and Product team to convert operational problems into reusable platform capabilities.
Ideal Background

Startup experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
