We are launching a new business vertical focused on technology training, corporate learning, and university partnerships. This is a founding leadership role responsible for building and scaling the training division into a high-growth business.

This is not a traditional academic or training role — it is a business leadership role with full ownership of revenue, partnerships, and growth.


Key Responsibilities


1. Business Leadership & Strategy

  • Build and lead the Training & Skill Development division from ground up
  • Define go-to-market strategy across corporate, university, and professional segments
  • Identify high-demand training areas (AI, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, etc.)


2. Revenue Generation & Business Development (Primary KPI)

  • Drive revenue through:
  • Corporate training programs
  • University partnerships
  • Professional certification programs
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Achieve Year 1 revenue targets (₹1–1.5 Cr)


3. Industry & Academic Partnerships

  • Establish partnerships with:
  • Enterprises and corporate clients
  • Universities, colleges, and institutions
  • Build long-term, scalable collaboration models


4. Program & Offering Development

  • Define industry-relevant training programs aligned with market demand
  • Ensure programs are outcome-driven and job-oriented
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design curriculum


5. Trainer Ecosystem Development

  • Build a network of high-quality contract trainers and industry experts
  • Ensure scalable and cost-efficient delivery model


6. Team Building & Leadership

  • Hire and lead the initial team (Sales, Program Management, Trainers)
  • Establish processes, KPIs, and performance culture


7. Brand & Market Positioning

  • Position the company as a credible training and certification provider
  • Drive visibility through partnerships, programs, and outcomes 


Candidate Profile:


- 8–15 years experience in EdTech / Training / B2B Sales

- Strong revenue and partnership experience

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- St rong network in corporate or academic ecosystem

 

Compensation

- Fixed salary + performance incentives

- Potential equity/profit sharing
