We are building an AI-native job-tech platform focused on improving how candidates get discovered, matched, and hired.
We are looking for a Founding Partner – Growth & Revenue to join full-time and build the consumer growth and revenue engine from the ground up.
This is an equity-only founding role for someone excited to build a high-scale venture.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & GTM
- Build and execute the go-to-market strategy from 0 to 1
- Drive customer acquisition across outbound, inbound, referrals, partnerships, and communities
- Design and optimize conversion funnels for user acquisition and monetization
- Experiment with scalable growth channels and growth loops
Sales Leadership
- Build and own consultative sales processes
- Create sales playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling frameworks
- Drive conversion performance and revenue growth
- Hire and scale the sales team as the company grows
Product & Market Feedback
- Understand user pain points deeply through direct customer conversations
- Translate market insights into messaging, positioning, and product feedback
- Work closely with the founder on product-market fit and GTM execution
Ideal Candidate
- 3–8 years of experience in B2C sales, growth, or revenue leadership
- Proven experience scaling high-velocity consumer acquisition businesses
- Strong consultative selling and conversion optimization skills
- Founder mindset with high ownership and execution bias
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
Strongly Preferred Experience
Candidates from companies such as:
BYJU’S, Vedantu, Unacademy, PhysicsWallah, Scaler, UpGrad, Great Learning, Simplilearn, Naukri, Apna, Foundit, or similar high-growth consumer businesses
Education Preference
Graduates from premium institutions preferred:
IIM, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, MDI, IIT, BITS, IIIT, NIT
Founder Background
Founded by an IIM alumnus with experience across software engineering, B2B GTM, product marketing, and growth at TCS, Tata Elxsi, and iOPEX.
