Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Marketing Lead. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, creating customer engagement initiatives, and driving sales efforts to increase user acquisition and app engagement. The Founding Marketing Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful communication strategies and ensure exceptional customer service, building the foundation for Vybout’s ongoing growth and success.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with users and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in Market Research and understanding of user behavior and new trends.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing Marketing Strategies.
- Background in Sales and driving user acquisition or revenue growth.
- Creative problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize marketing efforts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work independently.
- Proven leadership skills and experience building or scaling a marketing team are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage.
