About LifeWall
LifeWall is building India's most trusted outdoor living brand, delivering premium terrace, balcony and landscape projects.
We're now building a nationwide network of certified vendors, suppliers and execution partners to standardize quality, improve procurement efficiency and scale project execution across multiple cities.
We're looking for someone who can build this network from the ground up.
What You'll Do
You will own the complete vendor and procurement ecosystem for LifeWall.
Your responsibilities
- Build and manage a nationwide network of certified vendors, suppliers and execution partners.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard manufacturers, fabricators and service partners across categories.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and annual rate contracts.
- Build category-wise preferred supplier networks city by city.
- Develop procurement SOPs and vendor evaluation frameworks.
- Standardize BOQs, specifications and procurement processes.
- Improve vendor quality, delivery timelines and commercial efficiency.
- Create vendor scorecards based on quality, pricing, responsiveness and execution performance.
- Work closely with project execution teams to ensure timely procurement and material availability.
- Build systems to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
We're looking for someone who has
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Development or Supply Chain.
- Experience in Construction, Interior Fit-outs, Landscaping, Architecture, Real Estate or EPC industries.
- Strong vendor negotiation and commercial skills.
- Experience managing multiple vendors across different product categories.
- Built procurement systems rather than only handling purchasing.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, material specifications and execution processes.
- Comfortable travelling across India to develop vendor relationships.

- Created a scalable procurement framework for future expansion.
