ApniBus is looking for a sharp, execution-focused recruiter who can help us build the entire HR & hiring engine from scratch.
About us:
We are building in the mobility space with 3500+ buses onboarded and ~3 lakh daily ticket impressions across North India.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end hiring (especially field sales teams)
- Build hiring processes from ground up
- Scale team across multiple states
- Eventually build & lead the HR function
Who this is for:
- 4–10 years experience in recruiting
- Has worked in startups / high-growth environments
- Has hired at scale (especially field roles)
- Hustler mindset > fancy HR jargon
