Company Description WealthOps Advisory Firm is a modern, tech-enabled wealth management firm built to overcome the limits of fragmented, legacy technology. Founded by a former Google infrastructure engineer, the firm is creating an operating system for contemporary financial planning that automates workflows and streamlines data ingestion. By letting software handle operations, advisors can focus fully on complex planning and deep client relationships. WealthOps is systematically removing administrative friction from wealth management and is seeking forward-thinking RIAs as foundational partners in redefining how advice is delivered at scale.
Role Description As a Founding Lead Advisor (RIA) at WealthOps Advisory Firm, you will serve as a primary advisor for a growing book of high-net-worth and mass-affluent clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. You will lead discovery and review meetings, build and present financial plans, oversee portfolio implementation, and coordinate tax, estate, retirement, and risk planning strategies. You will collaborate closely with the technology and operations teams to shape and refine automated workflows and tools that enhance advisor efficiency and client experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, where you will help establish advisory processes, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the firm’s strategic direction as a foundational partner.

- Proficiency in investment advisory skills such as asset allocation, portfolio construction, performance monitoring, and client suitability assessment.
- Advanced client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, build long-term trust, and navigate sensitive financial conversations.
- Comfort working with technology-driven workflows, including use of financial planning software, CRMs, data aggregation tools, and basic understanding of how automation can streamline advisory operations.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members, contributing to process design, and collaborating cross-functionally with operations and technology teams.
- Relevant professional certifications (such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent regional credentials) and a strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an RIA, financial planner, or wealth advisor, preferably in a growth-oriented or innovative firm environment.
- High ethical standards, regulatory awareness, and commitment to acting in clients’ best interests while complying with applicable advisory regulations.
