Job details:
We're building homeie.
The simplest way to explain it: you text homeie, our home assistant, what you're looking for in a home. It finds you the right one and you close that afternoon. That's it. No scrolling through 300 listings, no broker coordination, no wasted weekends visiting places that look nothing like the photos. You tell homeie what matters to you, and it handles the rest.
Behind the scenes, we're building the infrastructure that makes renting not suck. A scoring system for every home. A network of broker partners feeding verified inventory. And a team on the ground that makes sure every home a user sees is worth their time.
We believe this is the future of renting.
We're looking for one person who can live in both worlds - tech and ops. You'll write code in the morning and go score a home in the afternoon. You'll help build the product, then go be the product.
What you'll actually do:
- Work on the homeie tech stack alongside the founding team. Ship features, squash bugs, build internal tools. A ton of cool stuff planned, it'll be insane.
- Go on the ground as a homeie guide. Score homes, verify listings, accompany users on home visits, coordinate with our broker partners for access.
- Feed what you learn on the ground directly back into the product. You'll know things about the user experience that nobody sitting behind a laptop ever will.
- Help build and refine our homescore system, the framework we use to rate every unit before it goes live.
Who this is for:
- You can code/use Claude (we don't care what stack, we care that you can build). You're not precious about "just being a developer."
- You want to understand how a startup actually works from the ground up, not just the GitHub commits.
- You're comfortable talking to people, showing up places, and figuring things out on the fly.
- You're in Delhi NCR or willing to be here for the summer.
Internship. May to July.
This is founding team energy. If homeie works, you were there when it was three people and a scoring app. If that sounds like your kind of summer, apply. And trust me, we'll have a lot of fun.
