Role DescriptionThis is a high-stakes, "Zero-to-One" generalist role for proactive individuals who want to see how a business is actually born. This is not a "shadowing" role; you will have direct ownership of deliverables and work closely with the founders.
Your core focus areas will include:
- Tech & AI: Deploying AI-assisted development and digital innovation for SaaS platforms.
- Venture Research: Conducting market validation, consumer insight gathering, and identifying gaps for new brands.
- Growth & Strategy: Moving from 0-to-1 in business development, social media management, and marketing strategy.
- Data & Analytics: Developing business models and using data to drive foundational organizational decisions.
Qualifications- The "Builder" Mindset: We seek "high-agency" individuals—proactive students who are comfortable with the ambiguity of a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven skills in market research, data analysis, and critical thinking.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with high attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and an interest in AI-assisted tools/software.
- Background: Relevant academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Bonus: Prior internship experience in consulting, strategy, or startups is a significant plus.
