Founding HR & Talent Director – India
Remote | Initial Unpaid Phase
Skillscaper is a French deep-tech company redefining assessment through immersive, context-based technologies, with international development already underway.
We are currently looking for a Founding HR & Talent Director – India to help us lead and structure the recruitment of around 25 key team members as we strengthen our presence in the Indian market.
This role is designed for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: someone capable of driving the recruitment process, identifying strong talent, bringing structure to hiring priorities, and helping lay the foundations of our people strategy in India.
We are looking for a person with solid experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, who is comfortable in entrepreneurial environments and motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a French startup with international ambition.
This position starts with an initial unpaid phase, intended for someone who believes in long-term value creation and is open to transitioning into a paid role as the company grows.
