Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Founding Growth Operator (India) focused on building and driving pipeline.
Your primary responsibility is simple:
👉 Get us in conversations with potential customers every single day.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will:
- Identify and reach out to high-intent prospects (LinkedIn, outbound)
- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers
- Run targeted outreach campaigns and iterate fast
- Work directly with the founder to refine messaging based on real conversations
- Continuously test new channels (cold email, LinkedIn, communities, etc.)
This is NOT a strategy-only role — this is execution-heavy.
What success looks like
- 5–10 qualified conversations per week
- Consistent outbound pipeline
- Clear feedback loop from prospects → messaging → product
Ideal Candidate
- Has done outbound sales or growth for B2B SaaS
- Comfortable sending 50–100 targeted outreaches/day
- Knows how to research prospects and personalize messaging
- Has experience with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Moves fast, experiments constantly, and learns from rejection
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you act like an owner, not an employee
Bonus
- Experience selling to freight, eCommerce, or SMB/enterprise ops teams
- Experience working with AI or automation products.
