Position: Founding GTM Lead
Location: Gurgaon, on-site
The Opportunity
We are a stealth AI-first startup building the next generation high-velocity B2C products. Founded by a second-time founder ($100M exit), we plan to build carefully, market sharply and growth fast.
This is not a conventional strategy or growth role. We are looking for a market-first thinker operator who can take a product from zero to its first users, drive repeat use and convert early traction to scalable growth. The person will segment customers, identify ideal customer profile, find effective growth hacking mechanisms, track and optimize usage.
You will be part of the highest decision-making work directly with the founders at the intersection of market intelligence, distribution strategy, and growth execution, shaping how our products find, acquire, and retain users in competitive global markets.
Your Mission
Your role is split into two high-impact pillars:
Market Understanding and GTM Strategy:
- Market Intelligence: Develop a sharp understanding of the target market — size, segments, behaviors, and emerging trends across global B2C AI products.
- User Segmentation: Identify high-potential user cohorts, define ICPs, and understand their workflows, motivations, and unmet needs.
- GTM Strategy Design: Build structured go-to-market strategies from early adopters to mass segments, across channels and geographies.
- Channel Strategy: Identify and prioritize distribution channels (organic, paid, partnerships, creator ecosystems, communities, etc.) based on ROI and scalability.
Growth execution and scaling:
- 0→1 Growth: Design and execute high-leverage, fast-paced experiments to acquire the first 1,000–10,000 users.
- Growth Loops & Distribution Engines: Build scalable acquisition loops (virality, content, product-led growth, community-led growth, etc.)
- User Acquisition: Run end-to-end outreach, from identifying users to activating them across channels (social, cold outreach, communities, etc.)
- Retention & Engagement: Work closely with product to improve retention, and stickiness through insights from user behavior.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Track metrics, run experiments, and continuously refine GTM strategies based on real-world feedback.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure tight feedback loops between product development and market response.
Who You Are
- Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in growth, GTM strategy, founders’ office, early-stage startups, consulting, or similar high-ownership roles.
- Ex-startup founders must apply. This is your second chance to build in a secure environment.
- AI-immersed: You possess strong curiosity and intuition for AI products, use cases, and evolving technology landscapes (Technical or analytical background is a strong plus)
- Thinker and Builder: You can break down a market into clear segments and identify exactly where to start and how to win. You don’t just design strategies, you execute them end-to-end and care about outcomes. Exposure to vibe coding is must.
- User obsession: You deeply care about understanding users — how they think, behave, and adopt products.
- Communication & Storytelling: You can translate complex products into simple, compelling narratives that drive adoption.
- Data and Analytical skills: Be able to analyze funnels, understand leak points and make evidence-based interventions
- Early-Stage Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and are comfortable owning outcomes rather than tasks.
