We're looking for an ambitious MBA Intern to join us as a Founding Go-to-Market (GTM) & Business Development Intern. This isn't a typical internship—it's an opportunity to work directly with the founders and help define how HealOn grows.
What You'll Do
- Take HealOn's services to the market through strategic GTM initiatives.
- Meet and build relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, insurance partners, and other healthcare stakeholders (B2B).
- Engage directly with patients and families to understand their needs and communicate the value of HealOn's services (B2C).
- Identify partnership opportunities and help expand HealOn's network.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to refine our offerings.
- Work on sales, partnerships, outreach, and growth initiatives alongside the founding team.
- Represent HealOn at meetings, events, and networking opportunities as one of our early brand ambassadors.
Who We're Looking For
- MBA student or recent graduate (Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, or Healthcare Management preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with CXOs, healthcare professionals, business owners, and customers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
- Curious, resourceful, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passionate about building something meaningful from the ground up.
