About ZipTier
ZipTier is building an AI-powered lead capture and qualification platform for B2B marketing teams. We help companies launch no-code Marketing AI Assistants for websites, webinars, field events, and conferences. These assistants engage visitors, answer product questions, detect buying intent, capture leads, and help marketing and sales teams convert more prospects into qualified pipeline.

About the Role
We are looking for a Founding GTM Associate (Marketing & Sales) in Bengaluru, India to join our team and own our customer acquisition engine end-to-end from the ground up. You will work closely with our founding team to design and execute inbound, outbound, and account expansion playbooks that drive our growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute our outbound engine end-to-end — prospecting, list building, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups. Optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Google, Email and AI ecosystems (ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Build out our inbound engine — landing pages, lead capture, content distribution, and nurturing flows that bring prospects to us
- Build out our content engine — write blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership that drive inbound interest and brand awareness
- Pitch and demo to prospects on calls — you'll be on the front line, refining our messaging based on what resonates
- Bring in requirements and feedback from prospects to improve the value proposition of the product
- Track metrics aggressively: CAC, CPL, conversion rates, bounce rates, pipeline growth
- Organize and run webinars to bring in prospects. Participate in conferences and trade shows to generate brand awareness
- Manage our growth stack — CRM, outbound tools, and basic analytics to keep the pipeline organized
- Run experiments constantly — test new channels, messaging, and tactics; double down on what works
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years in marketing, ideally in a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with customers worldwide
- Familiar with inbound and outbound techniques — cold outreach, sequences, content marketing, SEO/GEO, lead nurturing, etc.
- Comfortable pitching and presenting — you can confidently walk a prospect through a solution and handle objections
- Active on social media (LinkedIn, X, or similar) and good at creating content that drives inbound
- Comfortable with ambiguity — you can operate under extreme ambiguity and change tactics based on market feedback as you go
- A builder's mindset — you've worked at a startup before and you're genuinely excited about creating something from zero
- Data-driven. Bias for action. Well organized. Self-starter
