We're looking for our Founding Growth & Sales Partners who want to build something meaningful and own a part of the company.
🚀 Your Responsibilities
- Drive B2B SaaS sales and acquire new customers.
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads.
- Conduct product demos and close deals.
- Build and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Develop outbound sales strategies using FlowUpAI.
- Build partnerships with agencies, startups, recruiters, and businesses.
- Work closely with the founders to shape the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy.
- Help improve product positioning through customer feedback.
- Represent FlowUpAI across online communities and networking events.
- Contribute to revenue growth and long-term business strategy.
✅ Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B SaaS Sales, Business Development, or Growth.
- Ability to close end-to-end sales cycles.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
- Understanding of AI, automation, and sales technology.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working remotely.
- Startup mindset with ownership and execution skills.
- Previous startup or founding team experience is an advantage.
