Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious individual to lead growth and sales. This is not a conventional employee role. You will work directly with the founders and take ownership of revenue generation, with a clear path to becoming a core partner based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, networking)
- Identify and connect with enterprise and international clients
- Own the complete sales cycle from outreach to closing high-value deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Continuously experiment and optimize sales strategies to improve conversion and revenue
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident in interacting with clients, including international clients
- Experience in sales, business development, or client handling
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and ownership-focused
- Interested in building and scaling a business long-term
Compensation
- Base compensation with performance-based incentives
- Clear pathway to partnership or equity based on performance
