We are hiring a Founding Growth Partner (India Market) to drive client acquisition for ElectroHire.
This is a part-time, equity-only role focused on building our presence in India by bringing in companies that need electronics engineering services.
We are currently in the process of raising our seed funding round, and this role is designed for someone who wants to be part of the journey early and benefit from long-term upside.
Success in this role means:
- Bringing in high-quality clients from the Indian market
- Converting leads into paid projects
- Building a strong revenue pipeline
- Contributing directly to early traction and growth
You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in shaping our India go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify, target, and onboard companies in India needing electronics engineering services
Generate and convert leads into paid customer projects
Build relationships with hardware startups, SMEs, and product companies
Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and networks
Understand the client's needs and position ElectroHire effectively
Collaborate on India growth strategy and execution
Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales/business development capabilities
- Excellent communication and deal-closing ability
- High ownership, self-driven, and execution-focused
- Experience in sales, growth, or client acquisition roles
- Exposure to electronics/hardware / IoT domain is a strong plus
- Startup experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- This is a part-time, equity-only role at this stage
- No fixed salary before funding
- We are currently raising our seed round, and once funding is secured, we plan to introduce structured compensation (salary + incentives)
- Equity will be meaningful and performance-based, aligned with your contribution
