AeroDef Nexus is building a specialized aerospace & defense training and skilling platform, with new programs launching in May. We are looking to hire immediately for a high-ownership Growth Associate role focused on sales, partnerships, and learner conversions.
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2–5 years
Joining: Immediate (within 7–10 days)
What You’ll Own (From Day 1)
- Drive B2B sales through corporate partnerships and institutional outreach
- Drive B2C conversions by engaging and converting prospective learners
- Build and manage a lead pipeline immediately for upcoming May cohorts
- Execute outreach, follow-ups, and deal closures with strong ownership
- Work directly with the founder on pre-launch sales and go-to-market execution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or EdTech/training conversions
- Strong ability to close deals and drive revenue (not just generate leads)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High ownership mindset — ability to start fast and execute independently
Preferred Background
- EdTech / Corporate Training / Executive Education / L&D / Skill Development
- Exposure to Aerospace & Defense is a plus (not mandatory)
Compensation & Structure
- Fixed salary + strong performance-based incentives (uncapped upside)
- Short initial trial period (2–4 weeks) to ensure mutual fit
- Full-time role offered based on performance
