We're looking for our Founding Growth & Community Intern to work directly with the founders and help us build this vision from the ground up.
This isn't a typical internship. You'll work directly with the founders, meet real users, experiment with new ideas, and help shape the future of SettleIns from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
• Build and engage communities of students and working professionals.
• Drive on-ground growth initiatives across Chennai.
Partner with colleges, companies and local communities.
• Interact with users to deeply understand their challenges and needs.
• Support campaigns that help more people discover and trust SettleIns.
• Work closely with the founding team to experiment, learn and scale.

• Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership.
Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people.
• Excited by startups and solving real-world problems.
• Passionate about creating meaningful impact in people's lives.
